But in a process that fosters continuous refinement, ideas are in development the whole time, and suggestions that may be discarded somewhere in the process often impact the overall output in surprising and wonderful ways. Aside from the obvious creative and learning output, it is perhaps in the unexpected friendships and increased understanding of new perspectives where the most true and lasting change is found.
